About the Event
This is the first session of a free 6 week course that is suitable for women of all ages, whether a beginner or more experienced in yoga. In this safe online space you will become more aware of your:
- Body through postures and physical movements.
- Mind and mood using some simple mindful practices.
- Breath through noticing your breathing and some simple breathing techniques.
Yoga with Haidee has a professional yet down to earth approach to teaching yoga, and is qualified by the British Wheel of Yoga.
