Women have used creativity, connection and words to embrace who they are, define their futures and change the world - these workshops are designed to support that work!

Lead by MC, singer, poetess, composer and performer Mama Tokus, this course is an introduction to poetry concepts, poets & spoken word artists, designed encourage participants to pick up a pen more regularly, and provide a weekly creative, fun & funny space for women read, write and share.
